"Good location, although parking confusing and ended up trying to check in at the diner! Bed great, nice a proper hairdryer in the room. Only improvement would be carpeting the rooms or at least a rug around the bed. The floor in the bedroom is cheap laminate and really cold, esp on the ground floor. The tiled bathroom floor is even worse even with a bathmat down. Would stay again but take slippers as none provided. Also coffee making facilities would be appreciated. There is an empty coffee jug in room but couldn’t work out how to make coffee or tea. A water tap is in the corridor but no bottle to fill so also you need to take some sort of water bottle with you. "

"Close to shops and resturants. Excellent location for Bristol City centre. Underground parking a tad pricey. On the whole great place to stay. "

"A nice trendy area, lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Staff were great, very friendly. I had a very comfortable stay. "

"The internet/Wi-Fi kept cutting off intermittently and I was constantly having to sign back in to it, which was really annoying. On my last day it took me 7 attempts to sign in to it, which is ridiculous. Breakfast was good especially having fresh milk with tea - so hate long life milk. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful - can't praise them enough. We did have a fire alarm go off at 3.40 am one morning, which turned out to be a false alarm. None of the staff said anything to anyone in the morning, which I found very bad, as an explanation of being woken at 3.40 am by an alarm which sounded similar to an American tornado warning was not fun!"

"Hotel was lovely, friendly staff, the room was stylish, spacious and clean with a double bed and a single bed. Perfect for my daughter, her friend and I. My only complaint was the single bed had a tilt which made for uncomfortable sleeping. If you turned left you were slightly inclined, if you turned onto your right you felt you were tilted downwards. I didn't realise until I went to bed on the first night and as we only had two nights I did not complain. The girls were comfortable on their bed. Mentioned it to the staff at checkout. They apologised. Hope it's sorted because it may have been the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had at a hotel."
