When it's time for a break from your busy life, hop in the car and head west to this adorable Lincoln City home located just a short walk from the beach. Start each day with breakfasts prepared in your well-equipped, full kitchen where you can dine shoulder-to-shoulder before heading out for a day at the beach. This home also offers a cozy living area with a wall-mounted, Netflix-equipped flatscreen TV when you just want to kick back and channel surf or watch your favorite movies and shows. Out back, you'll find an enclosed yard where the kids or the dogs can run free as well as a firepit to gather around as night falls over the city.

What's nearby:
While most come to Lincoln City for the wonderful beaches, where you can comb for agates, discover the tidepools, and watch for whales out in the water, you'll also find several terrific restaurants, antique shops, and even a casino here! Discover a few nearby restaurants including the Bay House at Salishan and Corner Cafe right around the corner from this home as well as Mo's on Siletz Bay, just a mile north. Outlet shopping, supermarkets, and more can all be found a bit farther north in the heart of the city. Head a few miles south to get a round of golf in at Salishan Resort. Or grab your camera and hike through the Cutler City Wetlands Open Space—a fantastic area for birdwatching!

This adorable dog friendly house was the perfect place to spend our time when we weren’t out enjoying the rest of the coast! It was clean, had everything we needed, and our dog Fin was incredibly thankful for the tennis ball (and found it within seconds of arrival) since we had forgotten to bring one!

It was super cozy and super clean! We enjoyed the walks to the beach and to pelican brewery. I felt like my dog was in a safe home i didnt worry about him escaping out of the yard. Just overall a cozy experience and wouldnt hesitate to make a reservation again.

Had a lovely winter extended weekend away at this little house. The house itself is clean and everything functions as it should. Location is wonderful— a little walk to the bay makes for a charming morning. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for bringing a dog. They even provided a dog bed! I’d happily stay here again!

I appreciated the location, walking distance to the Pelican Pub, nice little neighborhood. The home was clean, cozy, fenced back yard and a fire pit. Lots of amenities, I forgot skewers for s’mores but the home had some! The only thing I would recommend is some updated/more comfy couches and the bedroom blinds need to be fixed, they don’t open/close.

This little cottage was a great location for our long weekend get away! Beach access was a short walk down the sidewalk. We enjoyed exploring the tidal flat during low tide... and the neighborhood was extremely quiet, which was great for sleeping in late.

Still an amazing place to stay. Many wonderful memories and we will be back again. We love the location, swing is awesome for the kids, and the kitchen is stocked well. We miss the loft access and the front door deadbolt isn’t working which is concerning. We also couldn’t get Netflix going this trip, but Amazon was working.

Hotel rooms are a thing of the past! We appreciated the location across the street from the bay and pelican brew pub! On demand heating in the shower, never runs out of hot water! Very nice having laundry access & kitchen. Easy living, clean and quaint! Internet available, YouTube, Netflix on the TV remote. Perfect fenced in yard for kids and dogs. We will be seasonal regulars!

Property was fine. Bed was very comfortable. There were some paint scrapes in the kitchen, scratches on laundry room door, one light out in the living area. Loft is unavailable to guests, which I found a bit odd, as well as the fact that the property owner requires guests to wash the bed sheets. The washer was broken, so it’s moot. Overall, a decent stay.

The house is very cute and we enjoyed the close proximity to Pelican Brewing and downtown Lincoln City. However, the blinds were broken in multiple areas of the home, including the master bedroom which made it hard to sleep. The fire pit was great to have, wish we would have been made aware of the firewood in the shed so we didn’t have to buy any. The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it was broken as we sat on it (the springs or something is not right). The shower toiletries were nice as was the shower.

The location was great, just south of Lincoln City, about a block away from Pelican Brewery and the beach, but the facility was not as expected. The photos clearly showed a loft are, but that was unavailable and the oven doesn't work. There was a fireplace outside, but only 3 pieces of wood. I think the backyard needs some plants too, it was rather barren

Good location, bay access is close and a brewery is just down the street. Plenty of parking, large backyard considering the smaller size of the unit. The backyard can get quite hot in the summer. The unit seems relatively new but surprisingly in need of some maintenance to the windows and blinds. It’s also close to a couple other homes. The upper portion of the home wasn’t available to guests during our summer stay and so cooling the unit without those upper windows open was a process. No deadbolt on the front door.
