My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Marshall Meadows Manor House. We stayed one night, but ate dinner and the included breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, the food excellent, and the staff genuinely helpful. The manager assisted with luggage, provided us with helpful advice for our destination the following day, and was very attentive while also serving at the restaurant. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

We had a newly remodeled room in a building a short distance from the lobby which was in a restored hall. The room was fantastic with full length floor to ceiling windows, remote controlled ceiling windows & every other amenity you can think of. We even had to open the door with an old fashioned key as the room was decorated in an old English style. Breakfast was very good & the free wi-fi worked well. This is one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in.

Loved everything except they need a lift for luggage

Our room was quite lovely. It overlooked the ocean. It was very clean. The innkeeper was a very kind woman. She gave us a lot of information about dining options in the area and information about taking the local train (we were taking a train to London the next day). I would have loved to have spent more time here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse: quiet bucolic location, handsome and spotless, well-maintained house, We stayed in the Tweed room which was spacious and had everything we needed (including an excellent high pressure shower!). Peter and Sheila were great hosts and cooked breakfast to order each day and made sure we had everything we needed. Would happily return!

We loved this place. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. We at dinner (which we planned when arrived) and did the breakfast in the morning. Nobody left hungry! The restaurant was downstairs and although they have a pub/bar, it closes at about 10 pm; we weren't able to get a drink after dinner due to the timing. We would definitely come back again.
