"Beautiful and well-appointed property. We were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Lovely details have been added to this renovation. The surrounding land, access to beach, and peacefulness added to the enjoyment of our stay. "

"Great place. Location is perfect and it is quite well maintained."

"Fantastic stay! Host very welcoming and warm and friendly. Excellent attention to detail. Very quiet location but close enough to local amenities. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you!"

"Perfect location - thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Very clean and had most things we needed. Bed was really comfy and the view was beautiful. Only slight issue was that the underfloor heating was quite noisy, especially at night but it didn’t really affect our stay, just took a while to get used to."

"The cottage was first class, clean, spotless and really comfortable. It offered really easy access to local holiday locations, we loved the wildlife and the lical farm animals"

"Lovely, comfortable cottage, beautifully dressed for Christmas. Great responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful time."

"Comfortable beds, great linens, all the extras you would expect in a better quality hotel. They even left eggs and bread for breakfast so we wouldn't need to run out on the first evening. I loved the unique decorating touches and gardens. But I needed a step-stool to unlock the patio door and could not find one. "Lovely cosy cottage with gorgeous views. Owner was really friendly checking we’d settled in ok. Great location (as long as you have car) to get to nearby towns and attractions. Shame there wasn’t a pub within walking distance (as the road was too risky to walk on at night), however, the food and staff at the local pub in Yetholm (approx 1.5mile) were lovely and welcoming and food great! The only criticism I’d have of the cottage is that the bathroom and some decor could do with updating, however...

"We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it. Very close to the rocky shore and not far either direction to sandy beaches.I would not hesitate booking it again."

"Nice cosy dog friendly cottage in a great location. Very friendly host. Cottage was very well equipped for a great week's stay"

"Beautiful cottage , very peaceful with great views . In a more remote setting away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, about 30 minutes drive from Alnwick to stock up with provisions."

"One of the best cottages we have ever rented"

"We had an amazing stay in an absolutely amazing cottage in a fantastic area, we will definitely be back and have already recommend this hideaway to our family & friends"

"Property was lovely and in a gd location"

"Altogether excellent...very friendly helpful owners"

"Enjoyable stay. Lovely town, everything within walking distance. Private car parking space was good, although a little tight. House was clean and owners to attention to detail was apparent to us. Everything well maintained and tidy. Clean bedding, towels etc. Would return to this house if in Seahouses again."
