In the heart of it all

Great little property right in the middle of Barrio Alto neighbourhood. Close to the train station, and walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, cafes, markets and shopping. Clean, comfortable surprisingly very quiet given the location in the bustling neighbourhood. Best of both worlds. Originally worried as I could not open manual for checking in that we received the day before check in but host was kind enough to message pictures and instructions. Thank you for the amazing spot in a great location. We were able to take in so much of Lisbon in our short stay.

Mal honnête

Le logement ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’annonce, qui montraient apparemment un autre appartement. La chambre n’avait pas de porte, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, et la “table” visible sur les photos était en fait une planche étroite 40/120cm fixée au mur. L’appartement est neuf et donc propre, mais plusieurs éléments sont peu pratiques : les cintres sont inaccessibles car fixés très haut, y compris dans la douche, et le pommeau de douche était trop haut pour que je puisse l’atteindre seule. Le logement est équipé d’un lave-vaisselle, mais il n’est pas vraiment utile car il y a très peu de vaisselle et de casseroles. De plus, le four mentionné dans l’annonce était inexistant. À notre arrivée, le canapé-lit n’était pas prêt et il manquait les draps. L’hôte était injoignable, et c’est uniquement grâce à l’intervention rapide d’Abritel qu’il a fini par répondre et nous apporter ce qu’il manquait. Il nous a ensuite reproché d’avoir contacté Abritel, alors que nous n’avions pas d’autre choix. L’expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure avec une annonce fidèle, une meilleure communication, et un peu plus de considération pour les besoins pratiques des voyageurs.⸻Souhaites-tu une version raccourcie pour les avis en ligne ou celle-ci te convient telle quelle ?

Bel appartement

Très bon emplacement dans Lisbonne et très bons échanges avec l’hôte qui était très réactif. Apparement propre. Petit café très sympas juste à côté de l’appartement.
