"Pros: it was a good rate, clean and in a good location. The room was large. Cons: I could not contact anyone. I got an email directly after booking but when trying to reply the email bounced. We never received our check-in information and couldn't contact anyone, we tried multiple numbers written on the hotel door, tried multiple email addresses and contact forms and received no reply. Finally after over an hour we got through using a different phone number. The room had some nice design...
