"The night I stayed the petrol station next to hotel was being refurbished. That meant jack hammers and floodlights throughout the night - the poor staff didnt know anything about it until they started and were very apologetic - staff were very good. Professional, welcoming, friendly and helpfull. However - the room I stayed in was a bit grubby (lights on side of bed showed how dusty the room and carpet were). Nice comfortable stay

"The check in system was down when we arrived staff were extremely apologetic and gave us a complimentary drink. The system was only down for about half hour once up and running was checked in quickly. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed area coffee etc. I found the hotel clean tidy and quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice hot and fresh. It was a buffet type breakfast a good choice of food. "

"Property is easily accessed off of the Southbound A1. There is a fuel station next door and an Indian restaurant, although I did not use either. The property was fairly clean with a bar and a continental breakfast. The staff were friendly. The room wasn't in pristine condition but perfectly fine and clean. I'm a big lad and I did find the shower a tad small. I would definitely stay there again. "
