"From booking to leaving the whole experience has been amazing.we had a very pleasant greeting and our room was upgraded. The room was on the first floor , very pleasant room with settee seperate bathroom , tea coffee facilities and robe with slippers. We used the spa and the breakfast was included i had porridge and toast with ample tea. My husband upgraded to an omlette which was tasty. Fantastic service and we were made to feel special. "Good location, easy to access with good parking. Building looks quite dated outside but is of a good standard inside. Rooms a reasonable size, large comfortable beds with a good en-suite with large shower. Great for a short overnight stay."

"Clean, quiet room and comfortable mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within easy walking of Chester with all it's shops and eateries. Easy driving to local sites of interest, including Ness Botanical Gardens, nature reserves and historical sites. A great base for exploring the surrounding area. Hotel restaurant is fine for a more relaxed bite to eat. Spa service and experience (massage) was very good. Excellent buffet breakfast!!! Good value for money. I would definitely visit again!"
