"I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! "We stayed at the property for a family event taking place in Greenwich, the location was convenient for us and it was reasonably priced compared with most other options. It was super clean, we found fresh linen and towels.The only confusion with check in was the key box. It is not on the front of the building but to the side. However communication with the host was quick so easily resolved. We thank you for the stay! "

"The initial access to the property was a little stressful partly my fault...Otherwise, the ppty was exactly what we needed for the family of 6. Ppty was clean, comfortable, it had just about everything we needed in the house to be comfortable. Access to transportation was just a little walk down, not too far to the area mall, other shops and Lewisham station. The neighborhood was quiet, appeared safe and easy going. "First day we had no warm water. Somehow the heater started to work on the second day. Communication over the weekend with the owner did not happen. The sink in the bathroom doesn‘t drain properly and the kitchen equipment wasn’t relay suitable for 6 people (small pans and pots only). Unfortunately the owner did not get back to us on those points. Besides that, all good. Fair price for what we got."

"Nia’s flat was a perfect spot to stay on our recent trip to London. Very accessible to multiple bus stops - just a quick ride to the O2 or Woolwich to get on the tube. "I would highly recommend this property, it is as you see in the images. There is ample space and was immaculately clean. The underground parking was very secure and convenient. The apartment is very secure with fobbed doors and there were all amenities that could be needed found in the apartment. The communication was prompt and made the whole process very easy."
