"Perfect apartment perfect location lots of lovely restaurants nearby"

"No escalator or elevator. I did not think about stairs when I book the place. I’m semi disabled."

"The place had everything I needed...but it was old. Musty smelling in the kitchen, shower drained slowly. Tiles falling off the wall. Okd frayed dirty carpets in the hall. The owner tried to be accommodate with more towels and dish towels. He was attentive...but the apaneeds some TLC! The price and location are great. The stove worked, hot water was good, fridge and washing machine! No dryer. It isa 2.5 at best "
