Step inside this pretty Victorian terrace and the first room you'll find is the double reception space. To the front, a generous living area invites you to sink into the large sofa for evening TV or leisurely conversations with friends. Need somewhere quiet to work? A study area sits at the opposite end - perfect for catching up on emails or finding a moment of peace. At the rear, the dining space flows naturally from the main room, ideal for gathering over meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen or enjoying takeaway from local favourites like Franco Manca or Rosa's Thai. When the weather allows, the courtyard-style paved garden becomes an extension of your living space - perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining under the stars.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature king-size beds. The third bedroom offers particular flexibility: the super king can split into two singles and includes a pull-out futon, making it adaptable for different group configurations. Simple, comfortable, and with space to properly unpack, exactly what you want after a day exploring the city.
