Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Some updates needed but not bad for a short stay!

Positives: Really nice living area, big TV, pool table (we didn’t use), well equipped kitchen, really nice bathroom, my bed was comfy, neighbourhood felt safe, good communication from owner/manager(?). Issues: Some beds were less comfy - dodgy springs, very creaky, only provided with one very small toilet roll (between 5 of us!), we couldn’t get the hot water to work but didn’t really have time to try and sort it out so just had cold showers, pillows could do with replacement - one was really grubby and we decided not to use it. My group have an annual trip to this area and so far this has been one of the better stays so hopefully it will be available again next year to rebook!
