"It was a boutique type hotel. Served our purpose location wise since we had family nearby. Staff was friendly, cleaners came each day, bed was comfortable, had enough to keep us comfortable. Some cons: door did not shut well so we had to slam it each time we left or came in, the bathroom door did not open fully and would get stuck on the floor, heard noise above us, not fully darkened room at night. "We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "
