"If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it."

"This apartment is in a lovely location, blocks from the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and with time and effort it could be a good place to stay. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't at all ready to be rented out when I was there. The lock box to get in was stuck, and took effort, a broken fingernail, several phone calls with the property manager, and help from another lodger to open it and retrieve the key. A skylight had been left open four or five inches and wasn't reachable, letting in cold...

"The property was good for a cheap and quick stay for the Great North Run. The staff are nice and the property is clean. They do not provide soap, shampoo, toothpaste. There is no hair dryer. The matress sags. They only have a fitted sheet and a comforter. Buses nearby. Metro is 15 mins away. 15 mins walk to riverfront."

"Post - Christmas stay, suprise gift and so glad this was available, Lucy is an excellent host and her property is finished to an extremely high standard, with everything we could possibly need provided and lots of lovely, unexpected extra touches.
