"The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. If you want a great bar and restaurant, this is not the place. The front desk staff double as the restaurant staff and bar tender, who did not know how to use a cork screw. I had to open the bottle do him. Not their fault, just unqualified. "Clean room with all basic amenities and good staff. Coffee is available 24/7. Close to the CTA bus which can take to to the good spots within 10-20mins. Breakfast was standard as all other Sonesta hotels have everyday. Can improve in variety. Also the staff provided the wrong time for the Friday breakfast resulting us to miss it on our first day."
