"The building itself could yse some work. The carpets need replaced in the hallways. The walls in our room needed cleaned or painted, partially the bathroom. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. "

The room was clean but only got a spare toilet paper roll on the second day. Had an early excursion and we were given breakfast bags full of goodies. "

"Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area."
