"An oasis away from the cacophony of a busy Florence city centre. Yet well connected thanks to the shuttle service that’s well ran by the hotel staff. Good restaurant and breakfast. Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Well worth staying here if you want a quiet place rather than the huddle and bustle of a typical Florentine city centre hotel. The views from the restaurant terrace and hotel gardens are amazing."

"Beautiful property with priceless views. The on-site restaurant also offered a nice light lunch. The pool area could have been spruced up a bit with some better furniture, but the room was beautiful. Be careful when using the shower as well as it is easy for the water to spray onto the floor. Make sure you understand where the property is located before booking as it is quite a ways outside of Florence city center. I rented a car and drove through the Tuscan hills to arrive."

"The property was clean and beautifully maintained inside and out. The front desk ladies and gentlemen were extremely pleasant as well as the courteous and lovely dining staff. The breakfast was perfect with a wonderful selection of choices. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. I cannot recommend this wonderful property enough. We look forward to visiting again someday!! "This resort was simply beautiful! We stayed in the grand room as there were 5 of us, and it was much bigger than I expected! Three bedrooms, 3 washrooms, huge living room - it was great! As we had 2 kids, we had to use the family pool, which was conveniently close to our room. No bar at the pool, but there was a QR code to order drinks and food. There were towels at the pool as well. The staff were very kind and helpful. We appreciated the welcome gift of wine, juice, and snacks too! The breakfast buffet was lovely with lots of variety of hot and cold items. Would highly recommend this resort."

"An unforgettable stay in Tuscany!** Our stay at Borgo San Felice was truly incredible from beginning to end. From the moment our private driver picked us up at the train station and brought us through the beautiful Tuscan countryside to the resort, everything felt seamless and special. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking pictures truly don’t do it justice. We enjoyed dinner on the property, a wonderful couples massage, a private wine tour and tasting, and a relaxing pool day. We especially loved the live piano music in the evenings; it added such a romantic and elegant touch to the entire experience. The service was one of the highlights of our stay. A special shout-out to **Herman at the pool**, who was always attentive and completely on point with everything we needed. We also had an amazing experience at **Poggio Rosso**, where **Matia provided top-notch service** and made our Michelin-starred dinner feel even more memorable. Every detail from the beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere to the food, wine, spa, and exceptional hospitality—made our time here unforgettable. Borgo San Felice gave us exactly the Tuscany experience we were hoping for and more. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! 🇮🇹🍷✨"
