"The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. "This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. "Staying at a villa and property like this was a dream come true. As you’ve read the pictures just do not do it justice. The view is spectacular. Our host was so charming and helpful. We had a cooking class with Jacopo from "Let's Cook" which was so much fun. We also did a Chianti Wine and Food Safari with Walkabout tours that was fantastic. All of Caterina suggestions were so helpful even down to the drivers she recommended. Having this Villa to come home to each night was the icing on the cake."

"After some time being tourists in Europe, a week in Anna's villa in Tuscany was just the tonic which was required. Arnaldo was available nearby for anything which needed assistance. The pool and the Tuscan sun were an inevitable combination. If more tourist activity is thought necessary, drive into Pontassieve, park in the supermarket car park, catch the train into Florence ( about 25 minutes). Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."
