The Inn at UCLA is the perfect boutique hotel to stay at if visiting UCLA or even Hollywood area. The area where is at is so pretty and excluded. Love the property and the staff was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a frequent business traveler, I'm always looking for a hotel that isn't a sterile reminder that I'm sacrificing quality of life to be on the road. The Olivia Hotel is one of the few hotels that doesn't constantly remind me that I'm traveling for work.
At the heart of the hotel is an intimate cafe with a simple yet well-executed complimentary breakfast. You can pick and choose the items you want, from overnight oats to quiche and even avocado toast. The coffee program feels fit for even...

The room was spacious and everything appeared clean, including the carpet which was dark in color. However, we later discovered that the bottom of the white slippers we wore, which were provided by the hotel, were black. This was a clear indication that the carpet is in need of a good shampoo. I believe that vacuuming is being done on a regular basis, but a deep thorough cleansing of the carpets is definitely needed.

Loved the romantic rooftop bar, and the whole hotel is beautifully appointed. Special thanks to Yuri(?) at the front desk, who upgraded my partner and me to a suite due to our original room not being ready on time.

I showed up at the Royal Palace with my back completely thrown out while on a solo roadtrip and was very moved by the staff's kindness. They helped me get into my room early so I could lie down, and when it unexpectedly got much worse they helped me extend my stay and even brought me a fork when my food delivery was missing one! I will absolutely be back and especially recommend the Royal Palace to anyone dealing with medical stuff or disabilities. They were so understanding and nice which made...

What truly makes this Sonder Craftsman special is all about the onsite staff! I have stayed here for close to a month. At the front desk always with a smile you will meet Tiana, Sophie, Em and every person working this position. They are all full of positive energy, kindness, humanity and extreme professionalism.
The same goes for the 24/7 Security Gaurds, Omar, Demil and others will make you feel safe and welcome home as you come and go. They are authentic proving how far kindness and...

Great hotel close to the venue I needed for a concert. Staff was super nice, rooms are cozy and clean. They also provide plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. Their restaurant. Moonlark was delicious for breakfast as well!

This is a MUST for kid friendly! The staff was excellent!! They have all the things for kids: snacks 24/7, popsicle phone while swimming, hot and need some soft serve ice cream YEP!! It’s not brand new but I would stay there again!! My kids felt heard & seen and it was honestly the BEST hotel for them, they can’t wait to go back.
