I put my parents here as it is close to my apartment. They loved it! The staff was wonderful and tended to their every whim. The room was beautiful, quiet and clean. Every request was answered with a smile and the complimentary car service was fantastic as they are elderly and like "knowing" the driver. They use to stay at the L'ermitage but are now going to stay at the Peninsula for life! Thank you to the staff!

They were amazing with my pets during the wildfires.

Great hotel close to the venue I needed for a concert. Staff was super nice, rooms are cozy and clean. They also provide plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. Their restaurant. Moonlark was delicious for breakfast as well!

Clean room, id dint like the fact that I had to pay $35 per night for parking.

The hotel was cute and the staff was very helpful. They offer free coffee, tea and water all day, as well as wine and beer for a few hours in the evening. They also offer a free 3 mile shuttle until 8pm so you can enjoy dinner in downtown Santa Monica without having to worry about finding parking. The bakery in front of the hotel was delicious. My husband and I have already talked about staying at this hotel again if we return to Santa Monica during our stay. Highly recommended.

Omg! Best place ever.

I didn't like the parking rate. It was very high. Ialso didn't like the destination passport. It made no sense since they gave us credit for the same amount to use for food and beverage. It's their way of making you spend 3-4 times as much for dining on the premises.

I have stayed at several of the hotels next to the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn. This was by for the best of all of them. Not only were the rooms spacious and comfortable, but the staff was excellent! A very special shout out to Samantha at the front desk. She was so kind, so warm and still very professional. She is a great asset to your company. And, the complimentary breakfast was great!

The Hotel Figueroa in downtown LA will be our go to hotel whenever we are back in the area. Its central location makes it easy to get to wherever you need to go in the greater LA area. It is a short walking distance from some of the best eating venues in the city. The staff is the best from parking the car literally next door to moving us quickly to another guest room for AC issues. We highly recommend a suite room for extra space. Good location

Clean property. Staff is great. The bed, bedding, & pillows are comfortable which makes for a great night’s sleep. I always love my stay at Sofitel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Anaheim! The staff were lovely and helpful, it was clean modern, and spacious design. The room was clean, beds soft, and daily housekeeping did a great job. It didn't feel over crowded even though we stayed here during a large conference. All of the dining options were tasty, and not too pricey considering its a hotel restaurant. Was there for 1 night, had no issues checking in late, was easy to find

Service was amazing with a prime location. Valet guys were all great- fully worth the money per night. Came back to a spotless room everyday with house keeping going above and beyond. Pool was a lively environment. Would definitely come back!
