Additionally, its near a host of theaters and entertainment venues, restaurants, beach cities, Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) and the renowned County of Los Angeles, Kenneth Hahn Regional Park (hiking, camping options on selected days of the year).

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The keys can be placed back in the lockbox using the same code for access. Please makesure you sort code (when applicable).
Trash can be tied up and dropped in the black trash bin and bottles/plastics can be dropped in the blue bin. Bins are in the rear yard If staying on a Sunday night, roll bins out to the curb.

Good experience

The rental was clean and had everything we needed. I liked that each bedroom had a separate a/c unit. There was also one in the living room. i would definitely stay here again.

Fun and Sun in South LA

I loved the place! It was beautiful and clean and the palm trees lining the street were a magnificent plus! I'm from the area and was home for a concert and LaSonya and Mayra were the consummate hosts! Will definitely stay again when I visit family in LA!
