We have stayed at Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, and I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton, Tenerife, has once again exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was simply outstanding. We stayed in The Retreat, in a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with Ocean View, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and professionally by the staff. We were transported by car to the private check-in area, where we were offered refreshing drinks and made to feel incredibly special. Although check-in was at 4 pm and we had to wait a little while for our suite, the hotel ensured we were comfortable and could enjoy its wonderful facilities, along with complimentary drinks and delicious nibbles included as part of our suite experience.
