"Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio.
Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank.
Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre"

My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm
Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Alta Montana, there was certainly a cabin/cozy feel to it. The hotel also includes a hot tub that kind of worked but a sauna that definitely worked. The views were great and the room was large and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was ok, but that would be only real issue albeit a very very very minor one. The staff was extremely friendly which added to the stay."
"We booked the premium sea view apartment with a hot tub. It was stunning. Facilities were great, wine and coffee upon arrival which was a lovely gesture. Finding the apartment wasn’t easy. Enhanced signage could be used to complement the map that is provided. Limited encounters with staff, check in was via key box. I won’t mark down for lack of air con because we knew that before booking. If we stayed longer, we would’ve hired an aircon unit. The property gets very hot and 3 fans didn’t quite...

Unsere Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern (davon eines mit Badewanne) und Balkon, war sehr großzügig und sauber, wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt! Vielleicht ist für manche das etwas durchgesessene Sofa ein wichtiger Punkt, aber uns war es egal, da wir ohnehin die Liegestühle auf dem Balkon bevorzugt...

Pool and bar was great … extremely well kept and clean and with really good entertainment and staff

Unfortunately 1st night the boiler in the apartment exploded and water poured out of boiler into kitchen sink
Was promptly all fixed and sorted next morning and cleaned too 👍👍👍

Room definitely needs Air Con
