"The apartment and complex were kept very clean. Apartment was just as described and was very nice indeed. All staff were very polite and helpful. The only negatives were that the main pool was closed for maintenance, complex was at the top of an extremely steep hill, definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties or the elderly. Building work nearby was both noisy and produced lots of dust! It would have been better if we had known about all of these issues prior to booking, maybe a mention on the website would have been good?"

"Brilliant experience. Very friendly staff. Views of the ocean and location were excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious (special thanks to the chef at the omelette station) but food at other restaurants at the resort could get better (basics like burger and wrap were underwhelming) . Would definitely come again for the hospitality and the vibe."

"Hotel in an excellent position opposite the beach. Room was spacious as was the balcony and with plenty of seats. Pool area is very good with plenty of sun beds although there are still ‘bed bookers’ Breakfast catered for all tastes being extensive. Although there did not appear to be a restaurant in the Cleopatra, the 3 restaurants in the Mediterranean Palace are available for Cleopatra guests. Not expensive and with 20% discount very reasonable, not busy and good food. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you"

"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill. The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment there and they advertised a foam party, I wouldn't regret staying there again."

"Lot of noise in the evening and the food was poor for the price"

"Almost everything was perfect. Great location with fantastic views, bed big and comfortable, overal the room was fantastic. Food was very good for a buffet with a huge choice that changed daily. Drinks are a reasonable price but limited beer choice, especially if you’re a bit fussy in that area. Only real negatives and to be aware of is very limited parking in the vicinity or at the hotel, nothing available when we arrived late at night and had to use a pay for car park 10 mins walk away, the hotel charges €20 per day and spaces are limited. Also the food at the pool bar was very mediocre. Overal fantastic quiet relaxing hotel with the best views in Tenerife. Highly recommend. "
