"The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

"The rental didn’t end up working out because none of the lights were working in there. The place looked like no one actually came to check and make sure it was good to go before renting it. There were roaches in the bathroom, which is whatever. But communication with the host was a nightmare. I had to reach out directly to Vrbo to figure anything out. Vrbo ended up getting us a hotel for the first night. And then after that I had to jump through hoops to get this reservation canceled so we can...
