No crowded lobby, no bachelorette parties spilling through the halls. Just East Louisville at your door and a real place to sleep. Our apartments offer self check-in at 4pm, guest support by text, phone and a Virtual Front Desk through your mobile device.
The Space:
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (sleeps 2)

PARKING:
- Free on-site parking is available, up to 2 vehicles per unit. No registration required.

PLEASE NOTE:
Before you arrive:
- REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS: Complete the check-in form we send you. Your unit number, door code, and access instructions will be sent only after the form is submitted.
- The form covers ID verification, a criminal background check, a valid credit or debit card for incidentals, early check-in requests, and parking/pet fees.
- Reservations cannot be completed if the background check returns disqualifying criminal records. If this affects your booking, you'll be notified promptly upon completion of your check-in form.
- Age requirement: guests must be 22+ to book and check in, or 25+ if booking locally (within 50 miles of the property).
- All units require a refundable security deposit of $250. Some units may have a higher deposit — please review your booking details.
- Payments for optional services not related to the cost of the room (like parking) will be collected via major credit or debit card by the company providing the service.
Pets
- One pet allowed per unit, with registration required before arrival through your check-in form.
- Pet fee: $8–$30 per night depending on length of stay
Parking
- Free on-site parking. Up to 2 vehicles per unit. No registration required.
Housekeeping
- No mid-stay cleanings are included. Additional cleanings can be scheduled on request for a fee.
