This is a great Hotel in Lourdes. Big bathroom in case you have someone with special necessities. The people are very friendly and the location are superb!

Clean, excellent location, great breakfast.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The desk clerk was particularly accommodating. The waiter at the restaurant was adequate but not more than that.

Needs to go to the Hospital for an emergency I have conjunctivitis and I can't see the Hotel personnel immediately called ER and taxi to bring us to ER. Staff were very helpful, accomodating, Courteous and most of all very respectful .

We had a wonderful stay. Anne Marie at the front desk was very helpful with everything from directions to places to eat, etc. We were right in the middle of everything, shopping, hike up to the Fort, the train station, etc. We went on to Barcelona by train from Lourdes They recommended the New Orleans Cafe next door. Good food and a fun atmosphere. The waiters are very entertaining and offer great service Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lourdes

The hotel had old world charm, and the location to the Grotto was excellent The staff was friendly and extremely helpful!

This was my first time visiting Lourdes and I am glad that I chose this hotel. 1. The location was very helpful. You can reach the sanctuary with a very pleasant stroll (like 7 minutes by walk) very safe area. You will find everything nearby. Also bus stop is literally in front of the hotel! 2. I am from NY and it was such a delight to listen to birds singing outside the french window every morning (I stayed at the backside of the hotel) if you stay in the rooms facing the front,...

Nous sommes restes au clos Mirabel et ce fut une excellente surprise. L’endroit est bien entendu magnifique mais c’est surtout la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des hôtes (Rachel et sa famille) et la qualité des prestations qui nous ont enchantées (superbe maison, et Rachel est une excellente cuisinière qui a pu nous faire un excellent repas sans que nous ayons prévenus). Ce fut une parenthèse très douce et agréable pour nous et nos deux enfants.

Very clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful

The property is located on the hillside above Argeles-Gazost. Quiet, serene beauty surrounds you. The rooms are lovely. The amenities include a lap-pool, hot-tub, and sauna. The host, Anne, takes loving care of her guests….Individually cooked breakfast, assistance with dinner reservations, recommendations of local sites to see, and a truly delightful person! Don’t doubt her suggestions — we thoroughly enjoyed everything she encouraged us to try or do!

Personnel aidant et très bon accueil

The owner provided outstanding service for us. We were unable to use our US credit cards at the gas station and he offered to drive with us to a station and use his card and we paid him for the gas. Don’t be put off by the fact that reception for check in closes at 9; the automated kiosk was very easy to use. The rooms and breakfast are basic but fine for an overnight stop.

Quality of bed linens and matress excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Large choice of local produce for self serviice breakfast. Many coffee options. Bathrooms very clean. Plenty of parking.
