With a remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances, you will you feel right at home and ready to cook a delicious meal. Just off of the kitchen area, a cozy living room with smart tv and electric fireplace makes this a relaxing a homey space to kick your feet up and stream your favorite show. A remodeled full bath with shower is just off of the queen bedroom on the main floor. There is a door that separates the lower level of the home, providing privacy for traveling companions. In the lower level of the home, a large bedroom area with a king bEd and large corner desk makes this a convenient separate area to provide a harmonious living situation. (Please note: the ceiling of the stairwell and lower level is slightly lower than the upstairs living space.) Beds are made up with luxurious, high quality linens sure to provide a fantastic nights rest. A full bath with tub also resides in the lower level of the home.
Looking for some entertainment? Check out the great downtown area with excellent restaurants, bars, movie theatre and more within a few minutes walk from the home. For those who enjoy a good swim or workout, the recently renovated Chilson Recreation Center is just a couple minutes drive away or a short walk.

Downtown Loveland is less than a 2 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.
Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.
