"This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open."

"We stayed here for 4 nights (2 adults with 2 grown up children) and it was fabulous for us. Location was perfect, beds are very comfortable, housekeeping is excellent, it has air conditioning which was great. We didn't have a car but bus and ferry stops are within a couple of mins walk. Our hosts Umberto & his wife were so nice and Umberto gave us very helpful advice and very interesting local knowledge, and he speaks very good English!. "This was mine and my husband’s first time in Italy, we stayed in Lovere for three nights out of our trip. Carmelo and Fabrizia were such wonderful hosts. They made the check in/out process very easy, and promptly answered any questions I had. The apartment is in a GREAT location, a block from the lake and the main town square. And I have to give Carmelo and Fabrizia extra thanks for accommodating the fact that my husband and I do not speak Italian, they were very nice and helped us out a lot!...
