"We had a very pleasant stay - one night after a late flight into DUS. The room was ready with a cotbed set up as requested, and even a little surprise for our child. The room was quiet (given it's right next to the runway) and the hotel was very clean and functional. Breakfast had a nice selection, and we also used the pool, which is on the first floor and has a lot of natural light. "

Upon our arrival, the first room had towels on the floor beside the bed snd the bed sheet had stains on it. The second room had urine odor. The third room was a remodeled and an upgraded room. "Very nice hotel, central to the Messe and Ruttenschied which in Essen is very important. It was clean, comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. Parking can be challenging in the area, but the hotel has its own parking as well. This is the first time I have stayed but will be looking to it as my first choice from now on as I need to visit the city."

"From thus user’s perspective, the hotel is well run by competent, friendly and engaged staff (which goes a long way…).
