"It's an excellent property, ideally situated near vibrant restaurants, bars and old Quebec City. The only thing that I would point out if people are driving large SUVs is the underground parking is extremely tight. I snagged a wonderful parking spot only because a man in a large Infiniti SUV scratched the side of his beautiful vehicle and left abruptly....very cramped conditions. There are scuff marks all over the walls and ramps so if you have a larger vehicle they do offer a valet service which might be worth it for those who are a bit nervous about that kind of thing."

"Checking in was easy. We arrived before our room was ready. The valet took our belongings and stored them for us so we could walk around and explore. Room was bright and clean. The flooring needs to be replaced. All staff that we met were friendly and spoke English to us as we don't speak French. "

"Great property right in Old Quebec. We left the car at the hotel and walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and very nice. My only comment would be that the tubs had very high sides making it challenging for anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of the shower. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!"
