"If you are looking for a quiet and out of the way place to stay then this is definitely it! Part of the old farm house I guess, the cottage is very well appointed even to an air fryer. There is also a lovely garden. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, hopefully longer next time, we will return….."

"We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the cottage over New Year. It is small and cosy and set in a small village overlooking fields and hills. The sunrise in the morning is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals and there is a large Sainsbury's about 10 minutes drive away to stock up on provisions. "Lovely cottage in Greystoke. Very nice outdoor swimmingpool nearby. Not far from a lot of nice places to visit in the neighbourhood. We visited the house of Beatrix Potter, it was very special. Nice house when you travel Sith your dog."

"The cottage is beautiful, cosy and so quiet. We love the location as its a hidden gem. A quiet, beautiful corner of the lakes, with plenty of walks in the area. We enjoyed starting some of our walks from the cottage. Not far from keswick and amenities. A great stay"

"What a perfect location. It's in the middle of nowhere which suited us perfectly. The caravan is situated right next to a small stream, which was so peaceful to sit and listen to. It had everything we needed. No hoover though. If we had of known we would of taken our own because of the dogs. A couple of lights didn't work but it wasn't an issue. We really didn't want to come home. Great destination for some beautiful walks."
