"We had an absolute amazing time! The property was perfect for our group and Susanna and Fabrizio were wonderful hosts! We loved the location and ease of getting to town. There was even a sweet little house dog Stella who we miss!! Would absolutely book this property again!"

"This villa and the owner Elenora make for a perfect stay and make it hard to leave. She treated us like family and the house is perfect! The pool and the natural pool make it so much fun. The villa made me feel like I was living in a castle and the sunset over the valley could not have been better! You must stay here!!! I will miss the villa and sweet Elenora"

"A lovely holiday house which we hired for 3 generations to share. The house itself is divided into 3 separate areas which worked well for the different families. The house is decorated in a rustic style and the cooking facilities were basic but adequate. There is a covered outdoor eating area under which the whole family enjoyed meals together. The swimming pool was well placed and the gardens were large and well cared for. It was a great place to stay and we would be pleased to return."

"This villa was simply stunning. All the rooms and joint spaces were modern and clean and allowed for a great stay. Only 4 of the rooms had A/C which we didn’t know coming in, luckily we only had 4 couples but one of the rooms had a REALLY small shower that was a little off putting. The common area was a great place for us to enjoy a chef prepared meal as well as play games all night, but wasn’t air conditioned so super hot. Pool was great but didn’t have easily accessible bathroom or kitchen."

"What a joy to stay here. Michela was so responsive and we truly enjoyed our evenings on the patio with Tuko their sweet dog. There was nothing they have not thought of. It was a welcome break during our 2 week whirlwind trip. It was close to all the most amazing wineries and the some of the best pizza we had in Italy while in Sinalunga."
