"Wonderful location away from crowds but close to all the action. You can tell a lot of time, love and effort went into rennovations with top class facilities and decor. Paola and team were always there to help any nothing was too much trouble. Not cheap but value for money by Venice standards with lots of space to kick back and relax. Highly recommend the private boat transfer from and/or to the airport (which Paola will organise for you)"

The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated, with views overlooking the canal. 6min walk from the main train/parking/bus area, which is perfect for families traveling with kids who don't want to drag their luggage 30mins across a dozen bridges into the city. There are two mini mart stores and a two restaurants a few steps outside the apartment. Check-in was easy, our host Michele reached out to us immediately after booking and personally met us during check-in to walk us...

"Lovely boutique property out of the hustle bustle of the tourist area of Venice. One of a kind green garden sitting area unlike anywhere else in Venice. "Tiny shower cabin in a huge apartment. Why cant they build a bigger shower cabin? Its old and compact. Very strange layout. Regretted staying here. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also, the gardeners mowed the lawn at freaking 0830 in the morning. Loud as hell."
