Room is clean and nice. A great place for budget stay. Owner also very friendly. Just a reminder for others to call to inform what time you're coming as there is no front desk of the guest house. Preferably 15-30 minutes before as the owner needs some time to go to the property. The owner was very nice to come asap even when i called last minute. Much appreciated
