"Easiest the best hotel I've stayed at in Hanoi. Staff can't do enough to keep guests happy, was offered a complimentary spa treatment and free mini fridge. Booked a room with a terrace and it meets any 5 star standards you might have. Strongly recommend the hotel."

"Stunning hotel!! The room was huge and had an incredible view of Hanoi. We had an amazing massage at the hotel’s spa, enjoyed the steam and sauna, and had cocktails on the hotel’s rooftop. I also highly recommend the dim sum restaurant at the hotel. It was delicious. All in all, an amazing stay. "
