"Loved the stay with excellent views of the mountains, spa as well as a great breakfast spread and vegetarian options for dinner. Wish we had the option of using the microwave in the deluxe suite we were in, but otherwise the experience was fantastic. They also offer free pick up and drop from Grindelwald train stations. "Locating at a beautiful areas, with a views of river for both sides of the building. Convenient location for public transportation. Historically prestigious atmosphere, high ceiling, great bath room and tab design. Breakfast options are great. Each table had unique and distinct flower and pot. Beautiful chandelier in the breakfast room.

"We went las lt week to Wengen and stayed in Braunbär Hotel!! We just loved everything there we are a family of 3 and is the perfect hotel for families!!
Breakfast are amazing they were included and the amenities are just so Great designed!!
Also Great location and you can schedule the pick up and drop off is free service!!
The spa is amazing and the pool is warm and nice for families after a long day walking around!!
The rooms were super comfortable and big and our room had balcony!!
Is also Close to the malinchen gondola station just in front ahhh and the staff so helpful the answer all my questions special SARAH in the front desk area she is amazing and Beyond!!!!!!!!
Another plus it has a little playground for young kids where you can go and play with them and relax with a coffee in the meantime!!
We will come back is just so great there!!

"This hotel is located just steps from the train station AND the main shopping street that includes the handy Coop. My single attic room had the most amazing view of the mountains and Lauterbrunnen valley. There was even a skylight over the bed where I could view the stars. The area is also much quieter and less congested than the valley. "
