"Island Leisure Resort is a great place to stay when visiting Maggie! No fuss, clean and tidy apartments with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is wonderful, my son loved the games room and the staff are so friendly and helped out with all my questions. There are places to eat nearby, however I would recommend booking in advance to ensure a spot. The Foodworks is overpriced and not great quality, grab your supplies at the Ferry Terminal's IGA if you can. Overall, a lovely place to stay at Island Leisure Resort!"

The rooms are comfortable, have kitchenette facilities snd the property is a short walk to all of the bars and restaurants in town. This is our go to place for accommodation in Townsville.
