"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "

"I was given a free upgrade at check in which was a lovely surprise to a full suite which was amazing! 5 star facilities, service and breakfast. Wish i could have stayed longer"

"This hotel is located about 200 yards from Sukhumvit so benefits from quiet. It is clean and well organised. It was a shame that there was some building works across the shared access road. Beam was great in Reception and “Mr Broom”insisted on giving me a ride in the hotel buggy to Asok station. Very kind. I was late for breakfast but they still went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t leave hungry. Great hotel. "

The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries. we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay.
