"The room is alright. The problem I had was the bathroom was super smelly. Seems the ventilation was bad. The bed is not firm anymore, and it’s very wigly which makes me cannot sleep properly. Overall is an alright, but just the bathroom and the bed that I stayed was not great at all. "

"Very near to transport hub (KOMTAR) which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the checkin desk is at their sister property about a five minute walk. Also did not notice any elevator. The above two points were not an issue for me but may be a concern for people with mobility issues. The property is well maintained and very clean. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay of four nights and would use them again if need be. "
