"Stayed here for 6 nights, the room is small but space is very useful. It is located very close to bus stop 2m walking and 10m away from the london underground. There also a supermarket adti there. The breakfast downstairs was very good. The Indian food at night was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter. "

"Great communication with Nicole...appreciated all the "how to's" information she provided re the flat and the neighborhood. It was a comfy retreat at the end of busy days. Easy walk to tube for the Bakerloo line and, as we discovered, easy way into London on the Lioness line as well. We liked the convenience of the M&S grocery on the way home from the tube as well as several local restaurants. "

"We enjoyed our stay and having the sitting room for our teenage son worked out perfectly. We enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood and the location was convenient for both bus and tube to the rest of the city. Nicole was a communicative host that gave us great tips for the area. "

"The Sanctum went beyond expectations. The location was excellent. A very short walk to the St John’s Wood station making it very convenient. It was a 1 block walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel service was top notch. We required business documents to be printed and they were done immediately. The rooms were perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also pleasantly quiet. A great find"
