"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state.
