"Minor irritations not expected at the room price slightly diminished an otherwise excellent experience of spacious room, relaxing decor, great bed, great storage, surprisingly quiet given location, friendly helpful staff. I found inconsistent room service- hair conditioner was empty the whole stay. Soap not replaced. Some nights turn down performed, other nights not. Ridiculous pricing of in room supplies. A little more attention to detain and consistency would elevate an overall excellent experience. "

"The stay was great. The size of the room was nice, it was clean and spotless. The bathroom had a water closet which I loved. The rooftop area was nice as well and they had good food/drinks. The location was okay. There were good food options within 15 min of the hotel. "

Each recommendation came with thoughtful insight and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge, professionalism, and great personality truly elevated our evening. If I return to this resort, it will absolutely be because of his outstanding service and the top-notch hospitality of the restaurant staff. Truly a 5-star experience! "
