"Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

"The apt is perfectly located and very comfortable. The views from the enormous terrace are spectacular. Dodo was a fantastic host with helpful recommendations for restaurants and other travel tips. We LOVED our stay at Casagratia1!!"

"Very nice location, right next to the city center."

"The view was beautiful, property was also super pretty. Had a slight acidic smell in the bedroom but was very clean and comfy. Bidet wasnt great, bathroom was in good condition aside from that. Feng shue in the bedroom was impeccable, slept lile an absolute log every night and woke up to the sounds of waves and the best view possible. A little hard to get to from Taormina (I'd recommend the bus, not the cable car or the path google maps suggests which is no longer safe) and the road from Isola...

"Apartamento excelente e bem localizado, a poucos minutos a pé da via principal do centro histórico. Amplo e confortável, com tudo que um hóspede pode precisar. "Relatively clean aside from dirt on floors and the white stain on the couch. Biggest issues were: * consistent strong sewage smell in main bathroom, bordering on nauseating. * Cheap soaps * pillows were horrible. Like a rock. * bed was angled in middle -- like sleeping in a burrito * no instructions on entering -- building door key did not work well, had to play with it for 10 min to figure out how to make it work. Also took a while to figure out the entryway lights for the building, etc....

"Description never mentioned that apartment had 5 flights (albeit short steps) of stairs without an elevator. It said there were 4 bedrooms and 3 baths; actually, 2 bedrooms on main floor with ONE bathroom, 1 bedroom up another flight of stairs with its own bathroom; it was the only bedroom that had 2 beds (one queen and one twin) so the 2 male friends had to take that one. The so called third bathroom was on the top floor across the kitchen and laundry room, designed to be a maid's bathroom,...

"We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful. "

"Love the hotel and all of the amenities, activities, and food choices offered. The private beach was perfect and with the restaurants, bars, and pools one wouldn’t have to leave to hotel if they did not want to. My one dissatisfaction is the service overall was very slow - everything from questions to check in was a 15-20min process. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this to friends and family! "
