Allt vi behövde fanns på plats, och både AC:n och kyl/frys fungerade utmärkt. Vi uppskattade att det låg ca 10min med bil ifrån Heraklions kärna då det bidrog till att det va lite lugnare. Värdarna var väldigt trevliga och svarade alltid snabbt när vi hade frågor eller behövde hjälp. De fanns tillgängliga oavsett tid på dygnet, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss...

"Food was varied and plenty at every meal. The staff is kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.the views and the balcony are spectacular. The only negatives: beaches are tiny and very rocky. Sea is crystal clear and refreshing but you have to walk down hills and mountains to reach the beaches and it can be challenging for small children or older people. Beaches are public and you have to pay 10 euros for a bed. In the hotel, Ac is perfect. However, you cannot put toilet paper in the toilet which was super inconvenient and unsanitary. The rooms are carved into the mountain which creates a romantic atmosphere but after a week up and down stairs and narrow passages, I do not mind leaving. Overall, it was a nice stay but would not come back."

"It's a little bit older hotel, but this doesn't mean that it is bad. It has a great charm, is very, very clean and well maintained. The owner takes great care of his hotel and is absolutely very helpful. If you have a wish he really tries everything to fulfill it. This hotel is family owned. The pool and surrounding areas are also very nice and clean. The direct access to the beach let you almost forget that you are on the island of crete. Very good for families with children. If I have the pleasure to come back to crete, it will be for sure my first choice. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation."
