It was a great place for a quick stay and we were able to get food from their restaurant, which made it easy for us when we had a long travel day. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations.
