With up to 8 separate beds, sleeping up to 9 guests, this house is perfect for a large family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Greater Manchester during the week.
The Space:
The house comprises of 5 bedrooms (three on the first floor, two on the second floor), 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) on the second floor, 1 downstairs WC, an large open-plan kitchen-diner-lounge with modern fully-fitted kitchen (including a washing machine), dining table & sofa, The lounge has bi-fold doors to a garden with small paved patio area.
All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

Comfortable sofa with a flatscreen HDTV, free Netflix & catch-up apps, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.
→ Kitchen & Dining Area:
Our kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric induction stove, electric oven, washing machine & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a video doorbell by the front door and a security camera above the back door for safety and security of the property & vehicles parked on the driveway at the front of the house, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.

Late Checkout – 11am: £25
Any other requests that are earlier (for checkin) or later (for checkout) are subject to availability, and further supplements may apply.
These supplements will be collected via secure card payment through our online pre-checkin on the website ChargeAutomation.
