"The hotel itself you cannot beat for what you get, price wise, it’s located on the best spot with 7eleven and McDonald next door and right across you have the Newport Mall. The Hotel is super close to the airport which is perfect. The rooms gives you everything you need and staff do a good job cleaning. The only downside I want to point out is the shower, unfortunately how it was built, when taking a shower, water leaks out of its door that’s supposed to prevent it. Overall I highly recommended this hotel to anyone who’s on a budget and just need a room instead of some extremely upscale room. The breakfast buffet is great and the food is decent."

"Truly beautiful as expected with such a pleasing fragrance when walking into the grandeur lobby filled with carefully selected live plants, theme dressed staff and warm smiles filled with kindest greetings ready to share with you. The check-in staff and management welcomed us with special attention to our reservations and needs. My 81 yo mother most appreciated the staff who remembered her & my father’s last visit less than a year ago. He since passed in December and this was his favorite hotel for the above reasons & so much more.Special thanks to Gerard, front manager, and Zaldy, our server at The Pantry that always take great care of us when we are there!
