This beautiful condo is right on Greenbelt. It’s fully renovated with complete kitchen appliance, including pots, pans, and dinnerware.

At the ground floor there is a convenience store, spa, bank and FX money exchange, while the surrounding neighborhood has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bars/clubs, parks, and the Greenbelt Mall.

AMENITIES: high-speed WiFi, Netflix, full-kitchen, gym, and swimming pool.

There’s a farmers market next door every Sunday. This condo was recently renovated!

The swimming pool was the biggest reason why I chose this property over a few other close ones. The pool was closed for repairs, but still advertised as a selling point. There was only one blanket and it was undersized barely covering the top of the bed so when two people are sleeping it did not keep you covered. Only hot water to shower none in the sinks.
