1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.


Location
Torre Delle Stelle (Maracalagonis). The villa is located on a 1,500 sqm enclosed garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Beautiful detached and generously laid out villa over two floors. It is situated in a very quiet area, offers plenty of privacy, provides comfort and space for 6 guests, and is equipped with a beautiful panoramic terrace. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
